Proyecto básico y de ejecución de instalaciones de la nueva estación del AVE en Vigo

INYPSA se hará cargo del proyecto básico y de ejecución de las instalaciones de la nueva estación del AVE en Vigo de 151.016 m2, encargado por el estudio de arquitectura COOT. El proyecto se desarrollará bajo las premisas de funcionalidad, eficiencia, economía, medioambiente, de explotación y mantenimiento futuro.

La nueva estación del AVE incluye, además, un centro comercial y un espacio urbano, en forma de plaza pública, generado por la propia estructura del edificio. La cubierta de la estación se configurará como la mayor plaza pública de la ciudad de Vigo.

El edificio integrará los usos propios de la estación del AVE con seis vías, sus salas, servicios y agencia; un aparcamiento con capacidad para 1.412 vehículos y muelles de carga; el centro comercial y de ocio con 10 salas de cine y más de 180 locales comerciales repartidos en dos plantas.

Las instalaciones que son objeto del proyecto incluyen, tanto las del centro comercial (mecánicas, eléctricas, protección contra incendios y especiales: termosolar y fotovoltaica), como las de la plaza pública (riego, saneamiento y alumbrado). Igualmente se ha desarrollado toda la documentación ambiental, proyecto de actividad y certificaciones energéticas necesarias.
