Ranking de las empresas más transparentes

El ranking se compone de 136 empresas que cotizan en bolsa donde INYPSA ocupa el puesto 105. Para elaborar el ranking de las empresas más transparentes, Actualidad Económica ha contado con la colaboración del equipo de especialistas en gobierno corporativo y transparencia de la consultora PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).


El estudio ha valorado tanto la información general proporcionada por las empresas, como la información sobre gobierno corporativo y sostenibilidad. Cada uno de estos apartados tiene una puntuación máxima de 70 y 30, respectivamente.

De los dos apartados, INYPSA ha obtenido una puntuación notable en materia de gobierno corporativo y sostenibilidad. En este caso, se ha tenido en cuenta la información trimestral, la página web, los datos que suministra cada compañía sobre sus políticas de sostenibilidad. Concretamente, de las 15 categorías hemos obtenido la máxima puntuación en 8 de ellas: Calidad de la información sobre la estructura de la propiedad; Información de calidad sobre la estructura y funcionamiento de la administración de la sociedad; Información sobre conflictos de interés y operaciones vinculadas; Reporting de RSC / Sostenibilidad; Compromisos de mejora; Cuadro resumen de los indicadores de mejora; Alcance de la información reportada; Comparación (se valora que los datos se puedan comparar con años anteriores).

Los resultados obtenidos en esta categoría, con un total de 18 puntos, nos sitúan a la altura de empresas como Aguas de Barcelona, CEPSA o BME y por encima de Sol Meliá, Colonial o Jazztel.

Sobre el apartado de información general, INYPSA ha obtenido la mejor puntuación en lo que se refiere a descripción y seguimiento de objetivos estratégicos; Información sobre innovación y otros activos intangibles; Diseño y presentación; Calidad, diseño y presentación de la página web corporativa.

Como conclusiones generales del estudio, dentro del sector banca encontramos las empresas con mayor puntuación (Banco Santander, BBVA, Banco Popular). Le sigue el sector energético (Iberdrola, Gas Natural, Repsol) y entre las empresas más opacas, destacan las grandes constructoras.

En lo que se refiere a las tendencias actuales sobre transparencia corporativa, como consecuencia de la crisis están cobrando importancia en las memorias los indicadores no financieros. Se está produciendo un cambio en el soporte de informes anuales de papel a online. Crece el interés entre los inversores por informaciones tales como la estrategia de mercados, de RR.HH., de riesgos y de clientes.
